TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in Elyria, OH is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals for a sales role built on strategic selling and service. You will engage customers, recommend moving services, and use our internal system to estimate costs and schedule moves.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Inbound sales, call center, retail sales or other sales-driven experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, listening and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries.
• Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability and customer specifications.
• Input information into internal move software to provide accurate estimates and schedule moves.
• Calmly handle customer concerns while displaying professionalism.
• Prepare move-related documents as necessary.
• Assist Operations Manager with office duties as needed.
