TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers and to provide accurate moving estimates using our move software. You will apply your sales mindset to build relationships and guide customers toward winning solutions.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and problem solving.
• Professional attitude and strong communication, organization, and time management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new programs.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work in a customer-facing role and handle calls professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide positive energy during every call - No cold calling.
• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
• Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
• Make recommendations according to customer’s needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® best practices.
• Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.
• Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.
