Applied Industrial Technologies in Pasadena, TX is hiring a full-time Customer Sales and Service Representative (CSR) to support our sales team and customers from our service center. This onsite role runs 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with competitive hourly pay and bonus opportunities.

You will handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns, source parts, and contribute to sales generation while assisting in stockroom tasks and delivering orders to customers as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Written and verbal communication in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• On-site role with standard business hours.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, and returns.
• Sourcing parts and assisting in generating sales.
• Support sales team and customers to resolve issues.
• Assist in stockroom duties and deliver orders as needed.
