Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Texarkana, TX is hiring a full-time customer service representative to support our sales team and customers. This onsite role requires proactive communication, accuracy, and the ability to manage orders and inquiries.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience; industrial distribution knowledge a plus.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking ability.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting and returns.
• Sourcing parts and assisting in generating sales.
• Help in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers as needed.
