Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time customer service representative in Austin, TX to support our sales team and customers. This on-site role runs 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in a friendly, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and rewards.

Qualificações

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• On-site role; relocation not offered.
• Proficient with basic computer skills including Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns.
• Assist the sales team and source parts as needed.
• Process orders and expedite shipments with accuracy.
• Support in the stockroom and deliver orders as required.
