Shurco is seeking a Customer Service Representative in South Haven, MI to handle inbound and outbound calls, upsell products, and enter orders accurately. You will maintain product knowledge and assist customers and dealers with orders, pricing, and delivery dates.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and attention to detail in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one year of phone sales or equivalent preferred.
• Must have computer experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Administrative or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Perform telephone selling presentations as trained.
• Interface with customers and prospects and sell products based on needs.
• Take orders by phone and fax and enter into the computer with accuracy.
• Resolve customer questions and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and warehouse to expedite deliveries.
• Document orders and follow up to ensure on-time arrival.
