Job summary

Shurco LLC is seeking an Inventory Supervisor in South Haven, Michigan. The role oversees shipping, receiving and inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, coordinating cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies to support production and customer fulfillment.

You will lead inventory personnel, maintain item master data, and collaborate with purchasing, production and warehouse teams while driving process improvements and ERP data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, shipping software, and Excel is required.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving and inventory control activities to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Lead, train, and supervise inventory personnel; perform cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and coordinate with purchasing, production and warehouse teams.
• Identify slow moving or obsolete inventory and support continuous improvement initiatives.
