Regal Car Sales and Credit is hiring a Customer Sales Representative in Springfield, MO. You will guide customers from initial inquiry to vehicle purchase, using phone, text, email, and in-person communication.

No automotive experience is required; we provide training. Earn starting pay of $15.00 per hour + commission, with a 40-hour workweek and opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing a friendly, no-pressure experience.
• Communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Helping customers through the application and qualification process.
• Explaining the requirements and steps to purchase a vehicle from Regal.
• Helping customers select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Responding to online leads and customer inquiries.
• Scheduling customer appointments.
• Following up with prospective customers.
• Maintaining your customer database in our company CRM.
• Completing customer paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Working with your teammates to provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
