Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Program Manager for Customer Project Rollouts in Indianapolis to lead the deployment of Gasboy solutions for customers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality. You will coordinate across technical, implementation, and support teams, communicate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of complex project management, strong PMBOK knowledge, and excellent communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing complex customer implementation or software deployment projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects with budgets of $100K+; strong PMBOK knowledge and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Up to 15% travel required for customer site visits, project kickoffs, and implementation oversight.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and provide status updates.
Coordinate multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams.
Identify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
Monitor progress against milestones and take corrective actions.
Ensure quality standards and conduct post-implementation reviews.
