Job summary

The Stephanie Raieta State Farm Agency is seeking a service-driven Customer Retention Specialist who excels at building long-term relationships, supporting clients through life’s changes, and ensuring policies stay current and effective. This role emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and turning service conversations into meaningful in-book sales opportunities when appropriate.

You will work primarily with existing customers on renewals, changes, and questions, while identifying coverage gaps

Qualifications

• Must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or obtain them before start.
• Strong customer service mindset with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to pivot service conversations into sales when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals, coverage questions, and policy updates
• Provide calm, professional support during service and claims-related conversations
• Conduct account reviews and assist with policy changes, endorsements, and updates
• Identify coverage gaps and pivot service conversations into in-Book sales opportunities
• Recommend additional products using a needs-based, customer-first approach
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to meet retention, service, and outreach goals
