This is a highly visible role for someone who knows how to turn customer data into meaningful, personalized experiences across Email, SMS, eCommerce, retail, and special events.
The CRM Manager will own the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs designed to improve customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value. This person should be both strategic and hands‑on, with the ability to build campaigns, automate customer journeys, develop advanced segmentation, analyze performance, and continuously optimize the customer experience.
The ideal candidate comes from a DTC, eCommerce, fashion, beauty, luxury, accessories, eyewear, jewelry, or lifestyle brand and has strong experience managing Email and SMS programs.
Own the Email and SMS/MMS campaign calendar across eCommerce, retail, and special events.
Develop and optimize automated lifecycle journeys, triggered communications, and customer flows.
Execute campaigns, flows, and transactional communications within Klaviyo and Attentive.
Build advanced customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
Develop retention and loyalty initiatives designed to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
Create customer acquisition and subscriber growth strategies across digital touchpoints.
Partner closely with Creative teams to develop campaign briefs, messaging, calls-to-action, and communication strategies.
Collaborate with eCommerce, Paid Media, Retail, Events, and other performance marketing teams.
Manage and maintain CRM systems, customer databases, data accuracy, and data quality.
Monitor Email and SMS campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
Develop testing strategies, including A/B testing, audience testing, creative testing, and journey optimization.
Build weekly, monthly, and annual CRM reporting and dashboards.
Track key CRM metrics including engagement, retention, conversion, subscriber growth, and customer lifetime value.
Use data and customer insights to improve future campaigns and lifecycle strategies.
Ensure CRM activities follow applicable data privacy and marketing compliance standards.
3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, Email/SMS marketing, or a related field.
Experience within a DTC or omnichannel consumer brand environment strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
Hands‑on experience managing Email and SMS marketing programs.
Strong experience with Klaviyo and Attentive preferred.
Experience with marketing automation, customer journeys, triggered communications, and lifecycle flows.
Strong background in customer segmentation and personalization.
Understanding of retention marketing, customer loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
Experience analyzing CRM and campaign performance.
Familiarity with GA4, Triple Whale, or similar analytics platforms preferred.
Strong analytical and database segmentation skills.
