Job summary

Bluestone Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to serve as the financial relationship for customers, delivering retail banking services and opening appropriate products to meet needs. You will educate customers on banking options and help with financial needs, resolving issues and processing teller transactions.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of customer service experience.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Possesses strong customer service and excellent communications skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and properly use various software programs.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and courteous customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Adhere to compliance regulations and operational policies and procedures.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Process financial transactions accurately and timely, balances within percentage guidelines.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Provide coverage at any location required.
• Performs additional duties as requested.
