Job summary

Bluestone Bank in Massachusetts seeks a Universal Banker to serve as the financial relationship to every customer entering the branch. You will educate customers on bank services, open appropriate products, and help with teller transactions while building strong local relationships.

The role offers progression from Trainee to Senior Universal Banker with training and competitive pay. Availability on Saturday mornings is required, and compensation starts at $18.50/hour, with higher tiers for

Qualifications

• Six months or more of customer service experience.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Possesses strong customer service and excellent communications skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and properly use various software programs.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in delivery of prompt and courteous customer service while following service expectations. Establishes proficiency of the Bank’s systems needed to effectively service customers. Researches and resolves customer inquiries and problems.
• Adheres to compliance regulations and operational policies and procedures.
• Cross-sells Bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Processes financial transactions accurately and timely, balances within percentage guidelines.
• Assists with day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Provides coverage at any location required.
• Performs additional duties as requested.
