Starting pay ranges from $18.50 to $21.50 per hour, with training and growth opportunities. The role emphasizes customer service, problem resolution, and compliance in a community bank setting.

Formación

• Six months or more of customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly learn and properly use various software programs.
• Strong customer service and excellent communications skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
