Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a temp-to-hire Customer Relations Specialist for the PSA Customer Relations team. The role is onsite at the Santa Ana, CA office, working 2:30 pm – 11 pm, Monday to Friday, with an hourly range of $21.50–$23.50.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer relations and strong communication skills. You will support the Customer Resource Center, collaborating with Operations to resolve queries and document actions.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide accurate, complete information using department protocols.
• Resolve queries by clarifying issues and determining best solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments for customer responses.
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments and updates to orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the lead/supervisor.
