This full-time onsite role includes answering customer inquiries across multiple channels, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Ideal candidates will possess over 3 years of customer service experience and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Fluent in English; fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Experience with Google Docs, DialPad, SalesForce, and Slack is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and Live Chat.
• Sell memberships and supplies while resolving customer concerns.
• Participate in outbound call campaigns to retain and engage customers.
