Responsibilities

• Verifies all information related to orders is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies.
• Completes all documentation accurately and processes cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, account balances within guidelines.
• Provides customer service via phone, counter inquiries, payments, and handling customer questions/ complaints.
