The AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to be the vital link between customers and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and seamless communication. This full-time/part-time role offers flexible hours with evening shifts in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate order processing, maintain detailed records, and support data management in the CRM system. A team-focused, problem-solving attitude is essential for success.

In this role, you will act as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and seamless communication. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing issues, and helping to foster strong, long-lasting relationships.

Full time & part-time work is available.

FullTime: Monday- Friday 2pm-10pm (flexible hours)

Part Time: Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment of customer orders.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

• Assist with the management and updating of customer data in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to support company goals and deliver high-quality service.

• Provide assistance to AmeriLux drivers and escalated as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
