The AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist in De Pere, Wisconsin. The role acts as a vital link between customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional service and seamless communication.

Full-time and part-time options are available with shifts including 2pm-10pm or 5pm-10pm. The position emphasizes accurate order processing, attentive customer support, and strong relationship building within a logistics-focused environment.

• Assist with the management and updating of customer data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to support company goals and deliver high-quality service.
• Provide assistance to AmeriLux drivers and escalated as needed.

In this role, you will act as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and seamless communication. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing issues, and helping to foster strong, long-lasting relationships.

Full time & part-time work is available.

FullTime: Monday- Friday 2pm-10pm (flexible hours)

Part Time: Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm
