Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies in Wisconsin is seeking team members for our second shift (4:15pm-2:45am) to operate thermoforming and compression machinery, perform quality checks, and meet production goals.

Choose a schedule: 10-hour or 12-hour shifts; those on 12-hour shifts earn an extra $2.00 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and flexible spending accounts.

• Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential equipment to meet production needs
• Perform material quality checks to verify width and length specifications
• Assist in assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products while adhering to standards and timelines
• Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost

Role Facts

• Choose the schedule that works best for you! With 10-hour or 12 hour shifts available, Team members who choose working a 12-hour shift will earn an addition $2.00 per hour premium.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs
• Material Precision: Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed
• Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
