Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to bridge customers and internal teams, delivering exceptional service and clear communication.

The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules, with shifts in the afternoon/evening hours. You will manage inquiries, coordinate orders, and maintain CRM records to ensure accurate processing and responsive service.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist with the management and updating of customer data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to support company goals and deliver high-quality service.
• Provide assistance to AmeriLux drivers and escalate when necessary.

In this role, you will act as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and seamless communication. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing issues, and helping to foster strong, long-lasting relationships.

Full time & part-time work is available.

FullTime: Monday- Friday 2pm-10pm (flexible hours)

Part Time: Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:
