Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions in Brighton, MI seeks a Customer Relations Specialist to assist customers with installations, service and deliveries in a personalized, friendly manner.

The CRS will work with sales/marketing to share opportunities and educate customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain records while following department guidelines.

Qualifications

• Sales/Marketing/Customer Service experience preferred, but training is available.
• Previous customer service creating a WOW experience.
• Strong work ethic and reliability with professionalism and poise.
• Maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Service Titan Software experience highly desired.
