Job summary

Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to support customers through installations, service and deliveries. You will work with sales and marketing to share feedback and promote education.

The role emphasizes accurate records, responsive inquiry resolution, and teamwork. Prior customer service is preferred; Service Titan experience is a plus. We offer health insurance, PTO and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, Customer Service experience preferred, but will train
• Previous customer service creating a WOW Experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability with professionalism and poise
• Maintain attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Service Titan Software experience highly desired

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding their experience with installations, service and deliveries
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on opportunities and promoting education to customers
• Foster customer success by efficiently resolving customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow department procedures, guidelines, and policies
