Job summary

Kwfc Radio Station is seeking a customer relations assistant to handle phone and email inquiries, provide product information, and process incoming orders. You will analyze customer needs and help set up new accounts as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, solid PC skills, and typing 40 WPM. Prior customer service experience and general office skills are preferred. This is a on-site position supporting daily operations.
