Before opening my agency, I worked as a State Farm Team Member and learned firsthand how much of a difference the right team can make. That experience helped shape the type of agency I wanted to build—one where people feel supported, challenged, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Today, we're a team of eight that works hard, celebrates wins, and enjoys spending time together both in and out of the office. We have a laid-back atmosphere, but we're serious about taking care of our customers and helping each other succeed.
