Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

I am a second‑generation State Farm agent, born and raised in Miami, and I'm passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most.
