State Farm Agent in Gainesville, GA is seeking an insurance agent team member actively licensed in P&C Property & Casualty Insurance to join our winning team for the role of Customer Relations Representative. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Retain customers considering cancellation.
• Scheduling client meetings.
• Managing office communication flow.
• Work with the Agency team to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell.

Qualifications

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
