Job summary

Bal Seal Engineering in Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, CA seeks a QC Supervisor to lead the Quality Assurance team from Receiving to Shipping, ensuring compliant procedures and timely inspections. You will oversee hourly QA staff and drive interdepartmental QA initiatives, reporting to the QA Manager.

The role requires 5+ years in a quality role, leadership experience, and strong English proficiency. Knowledge of SPC, audits, and QMS (ISO 9001/AS9100) is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or STEM preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a quality role.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, direct, coach, counsel, communicate to, monitor, appraise and manage personnel.
• Ensure compliance to all company-wide and Quality Assurance-specific procedures.
• Manage the MRB and Calibration processes.
• Coordinate with Production Control to assist in meeting Production goals and to ensure inspection is completed in a timely manner.
• Establish performance metrics for inspection personnel and evaluate them accordingly.
