Job summary

One Source Food Solutions in Ridgefield, WA seeks a Customer Relations & Technical Document Specialist to manage day-to-day order fulfilment, invoicing, and customer communications. You will work closely with accounts and producers to ensure accurate processing from PO receipt to final delivery, while maintaining up-to-date technical docs and QA records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years managing customer accounts or AP/AR experience.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred).
• Food & Beverage Industry experience (preferred).
• Effective communication skills & strong customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy & ability to multi-task.
• Business savvy with AP/AR.
• Strong work ethic & team player mentality.
• Strong decision making & analytical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize & manage time.
• Capacity to handle issues & unpleasant customer situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide quality service in order entry, fulfilment, billing, invoicing, and shipment logistics.
• Manage pricing, quality, service and contract compliance with producers.
• Develop and implement SOPs for internal and external relationships.
• Update, create, compile reports to analyze the customer’s situation.
