Key responsibilities include timely email responses, shipment issue resolution, coordination with Sales, and NAFTA form handling, with a strong focus on maintaining positive relations across departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain order and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails within four hours for customers and 24 hours for internal personnel.
• Coordinate shipments and schedule trucks via phone, website, or email.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies with the shipping team and determine causes and solutions.
• Create or revise NAFTA forms as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales to address urgent delivery issues or line-downs.
