Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Las Vegas is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding and offboarding, payroll processing, and HR data integrity within a luxury brand environment. You will work closely with the team to ensure accurate records and compliant processes.

You will handle client inquiries, draft routine correspondence, and assist in payroll reporting and system updates, while guiding junior staff and contributing to HR insights that improve performance.

Qualifications

• Upper Secondary School education is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes with precision and timely completion.
• Address inquiries from internal or external clients or suppliers by providing detailed information on policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing internal client relationships by supporting team members in building effective working relationships.
• Input payroll data accurately to facilitate the delivery of payroll services and prepare payroll for bank submission.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of HR data and enter the data into HR information systems.
• Support the delivery of HR data analyses and identify trends to aid in diagnosing business issues and improving performance.
• Draft routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents using standard office software.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members to develop their skills.
• Develop and maintain HR processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes.
