Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking a Customer Relations Associate at our Leeward location in Hawaii to greet walk-in customers and create a warm, friendly environment. You will assist customers, manage calendars, and maintain daily logs to support showroom operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months of customer service experience, proficient Excel skills, fast, accurate typing, and strong communication. Schedule includes Mon-Wed, Sat, Sun shifts with Thu/Fri off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist and/or clerical experience.
• Must be able to type 35 wpm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday 9:30am–6:00pm; Sunday 10:00am–4:00pm (Thursday/Friday off).

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance into the dealership
• Reviews dealership calendar daily to be aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries; generates floor activity reports
• Provide customer service, which may include to greet and direct customers, obtain contact information, and documentation of vehicle mileage
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer and floor traffic information into daily log
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or relay messages to appropriate parties
• Maintain professional appearance of showroom and work area
