Job summary

Planful is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. You will develop and manage core customer marketing programs, focusing on reference management and case studies to move the sales cycle forward.

The role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can collaborate across levels internally and externally in a fast-paced environment. You will build the reference program, manage customer communications, and analyze ROI to guide strategic improvements,

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive relevant experience in marketing, sales, or customer success.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a proven record of driving positive business results.
• Self-starter with desire to develop new programs from conception to completion.
• Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen; ability to synthesize data and insights.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude in collaboration with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Customer Reference Program with GTM teams to enable commercial initiatives.
• Manage customer programs such as the customer community, monthly newsletter, case studies, testimonials, and User Groups.
• Track ROI of the program and use insights to strengthen efforts.
• Create and manage the budget and supply of customer rewards and incentives.
• Enable customers to contribute on technology review sites and analyst reports.
