Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Customer Quality Program Manager to support the Sensors Business unit in Burnsville, Minnesota. You will be the primary customer liaison focused on improving satisfaction through quality initiatives and will work with an integrated product team to resolve issues and reduce quality escapes.

In a multi-disciplinary, hands-on environment you will tackle challenges, interact heavily with customers, and help drive corrective actions, design changes, and process

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer point of contact for quality across the organization.
• Communicate customer needs back to the factory as the Voice of the Customer.
• Triage product issues identified at the Customer’s Final Assembly Line to ensure seamless support.
• Support high-impact issues, potentially outside normal hours, to address quality escapes.
• Collaborate with the customer to disposition conforming product returns.
• Participate in customer audits and visits when requested.
