Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Define quality and regulatory requirements and execute product qualification strategies for semiconductor technologies, packaging, and product releases
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with military and industry standards, including performance specifications, qualification requirements, and factory certifications
• Customer Support: Liaise with government agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders on quality and regulatory needs
• Contract Review: Translate customer requirements into actionable quality and compliance plans
• Product Documentation: Collaborate with Product Engineering to maintain datasheets and documentation
• Reliability: Evaluate failure mechanisms and oversee environmental, mechanical, and stress-testing methods
• Change Management: Lead Technology Review Board activities and Class 1 Change Management processes
• Product Release: Approve disposition decisions for development releases, deviations, qualifications, and investigations
• Regulatory Communication: Manage PCNs, GIDEP notices, and customer communications
• Supplier Quality: Coordinate quality activities with subcontractors
• Standards Development: Define and improve military standards with agencies and organizations
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor standards changes and ensure ongoing compliance across products and processes
• Leadership: Assist QA Manager with quality management systems and regulatory programs
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

• Customer Support: Serve as a liaison to government agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding product quality, qualifications, and regulatory requirements
• Contract Review: Review customer requirements and translate them into actionable quality and compliance plans
• Product Documentation: Partner with Product Engineering to develop and maintain product datasheets and technical documentation
• Reliability: Evaluate failure mechanisms and oversee environmental, mechanical, and stress‑testing methodologies to ensure product reliability
• Change Management: Lead Technology Review Board (TRB) activities and Class 1 Change Management processes
• Product Release: Approve product disposition decisions related to development releases, deviations, qualifications, quality investigations, and special clearances
• Regulatory Communication: Manage Product Change Notifications (PCNs), GIDEP notices, and other customer‑facing quality communications
• Supplier Quality: Coordinate and align quality‑related activities with subcontractors and external partners
• Standards Development: Collaborate with government agencies and industry organizations to define and improve military performance standards and test methods
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor changes to industry standards and ensure ongoing compliance across products, processes, and test methodologies
• Leadership: Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing quality management systems and regulatory compliance programs
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
