Job summary

  • FMEA and OCAP familiarity (preferred)
  • Understanding of ISO 9001, IATF/VDA, and QMS (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical information to customers (mandatory)

  • Coordinate and support quality tasks related to New Product Introduction and customer inquiries
  • Participate in customer audits and support preparation to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive and clear communication
  • Manage Failure Analysis requests, interpret reports, and relay findings to customers
  • Act as the main interface for customer complaints, providing timely analysis and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support customer and business needs

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Salary pay information: Location Indicative salary range San Jose , CA, United States Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: US$ 145,440 – US$ 216,342 Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
