Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality liaison between product strategy, technical development, and production execution.
• Collect and analyze quality performance data, yield rates, and process metrics to spot trends.
• Work on CAPA system: containment actions, root cause determination and corrective action implementation.
• Assist the Quality Engineering Team with development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Participate as an audit team member to ensure AS9100 compliance and assess QMS effectiveness.
• Facilitate continual improvement and learning culture through training and communication of quality initiatives.
