Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Familiar with 5S, 8D, RCA, PPAP concepts.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Voice of the Customer within the organization.
• Facilitating resolution of customer cases by RCAs and preventive actions.
• Using quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
• Coach employees to evaluate risks from a customer perspective.
