Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer at the Oak Creek, WI facility to lead customer quality issue resolution, drive RCA and CAPA, and ensure ongoing product and process quality. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, support customer audits, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a engineering/quality degree, experience with IATF 16949, and ability to travel up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience with IATF 16949 and customer/audits is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer quality issue resolution and drive compliance to QMS.
• Manage customer claims and complaints with timely containment and RCA.
• Ensure root causes are evidence-based and corrective actions address systemic issues.
• Communicate status, risks, and resolutions to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier teams to implement improvements.
• Identify potential quality risks and coordinate preventive actions per CSRs and IATF standards.
• Ensure customer-specific requirements are integrated into processes and compliance systems.
• Support customer audits and the overall quality management system.
