Global Steering Systems Holdin is seeking an engineering-level quality professional to serve as the primary contact for customer quality matters, owning RCAs and guiding 8D activities from start to finish.

You will manage CSR matrices, coordinate customer audits and change requests, and lead launch-quality efforts for new programs, driving improvements and ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in statistical process control software (Minitab preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Microsoft applications).

Responsabilités

• Owns customer RCAs from start to finish: facilitates 8D teams, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Leads scrap reduction projects and warranty analysis.
• Coordinates customer audits, CSR maintenance and change requests; supports launch quality activities.
