Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or quality role involving direct customer interaction.
• Deep familiarity with root-cause methodologies such as 5 Why, 8D, or Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated capacity to analyze complex data sets and develop effective corrective actions to improve quality outcomes.
• Solid understanding of quality management standards such as IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of standard manufacturing quality tools including PPAP, FMEA, APQP, MSA, Control Plans, and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe working environment for the team by adhering to organizational policies and quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinating internal resources to address concerns promptly.
• Conduct thorough investigations into quality issues reported by clients, identifying root causes and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Manage containment, sorting, and inspection tasks to mitigate quality defects impact on production or customers.
• Facilitate launch of new processes and products by overseeing validation activities, documentation, and customer deliverables.
• Promote structured problem-solving methodologies across departments to ensure consistency.
