Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in quality engineering or related role.
• Experience with 8D, RCA, FMEA, SPC, CAPA and problem-solving techniques.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Service teams.
• Wamiliarity with ISO 9001 or similar QMS; regional and international travel (20%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customer quality issues and support timely communication with internal teams and customers.
• Lead or support investigations of customer-reported product quality issues with containment, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, reliability and field performance.
• Track and report quality KPIs and develop dashboards for reviews and communications.
• Support ISO audits, control documents, and CAPA closure across the QMS.
• Participate in change control, design for reliability, and risk assessments.
