Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our on-site team in Miamisburg, OH. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, and productivity on the production floor.

You will collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and procurement to drive continuous improvement, support new product introductions, and ensure operational excellence for long-term success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field required.
Experience analyzing processes, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
Lean manufacturing concepts and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

Design and improve manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Partner with production teams to identify and fix bottlenecks.
Develop and support equipment, tooling, and process deployments.
Monitor performance and analyze data to drive improvements.
Support NPI and new production line launches.
Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
Track KPIs related to productivity and quality.
