Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to be the primary focal point for customer-facing quality and improvement initiatives.

You will drive internal PSM teams to ensure timely resolution and clear communication back to customers. This role collaborates with PSM global sites, Sales, Product Quality, Field Service, and Service Engineering to resolve customer issues, manage feedback, and guide RC/CA actions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing quality role; 5-7 years preferred.
• 3+ years in engineering/manufacturing/technology industries preferred.
• Demonstrates ownership and closing speed to complete tasks.
• Team-oriented with ability to align activities to business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Improve CX through collaboration with global sites on CX metrics and issue resolution.
• Own customer feedback management and ensure timely resolutions.
• Manage customer event surveys with PM team for issuance and collection.
• Interpret surveys/complaints and drive necessary actions via RC/CA.
• Interact with Sales, Product Quality, Field Service, and Service Engineering for resolutions.
• Coordinate Customer Information Letter (CIL) process and communication.
• Support onsite Customer Visits as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
