Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Manager of Customer Planning & Service to lead an integrated Supply Chain team focused on service, inventory, and strategic initiatives. You will partner with the CP&S Director to align priorities across AFNA, Supply Chain, and the Business Unit, while building a high-performance team committed to continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, 7–10 years in operations, planning or customer service leadership, and preferably

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required.
  • 7–10 years experience in operations, customer service, planning, or related leadership roles.
  • APICS CPIM certification preferred, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with CP&S Director in strategic planning and execution of AFNA, Supply Chain, and Business Unit priorities.
  • Ensure inventory and service targets are met by supporting production planning and optimizing inventory.
  • Prepare content for business sessions and presentations with stakeholders, demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Identify and implement processes that improve lead-times, cost, and service across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, IT, and Marketing to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Develop organizational capability through recruitment, development, and retention of top talent, including performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Act as backup for the CP&S Director as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
APICS CPIM certification (preferred)
