The Manager of Customer Planning & Service is accountable for an integrated Supply Chain team focused on service, inventory, and other critical business initiatives, and may include oversight of Supply Planning, Scheduling, Demand Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain Analyst, and/or Customer Service team members.
This position is accountable for identifying and implementing processes that balance demand, plant capacity, and optimally replenish inventory while ensuring key service metrics are achieved. This role is also expected to establish and maintain an engaged team culture of high performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
