Job summary

Planet is seeking a lead content strategist to uncover, shape, and share customer and partner success stories. You will sit at the intersection of customer marketing, partner marketing, and content strategy, turning technical use cases into compelling narratives.

A heavy focus is end-to-end management of multimedia content creation—video production and written case studies—featuring Planet's global ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Content Marketing, and/or Brand/Video Production Management.
• Multimedia storytelling: proven experience managing video production workflows alongside written and webinar content creation.
• Project Management: exceptional organizational skills juggling multiple content workstreams and external vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating complex technical use cases into human-centric stories.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead content strategist for customer and partner success stories across verticals.
• Scope, script, storyboard, and project manage customer & partner video testimonial projects with internal or external production teams.
• Write and produce high-impact written case studies, blog posts, social proof snippets, and slides.
• Organize and manage the customer and partner reference database.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to identify and pipeline advocates.
• Oversee end-to-end review and approval process for joint assets.
• Collaborate with Growth and Regional marketing to integrate stories into demand generation campaigns.
