3Search is seeking a Brand & Content Lead to define how the business is perceived externally and own the brand's editorial direction in New York. You will decide stories, storytellers, and formats, ensuring a distinctive narrative across growth moments and product launches.
You will build a world-class storytelling program, partner with Sales and Customer Success, and shape narrative across written, social, and video formats.
We're working with a rapidly scaling technology company to find a Brand & Content Lead who can help define how the business is perceived externally.
The company has reached an exciting inflection point: an exceptional customer base, rapid product innovation and increasingly strong market momentum. Now it wants to build a more distinctive and consistent narrative around that growth.
This person will own the editorial side of the brand.
You'll decide which stories are worth telling, who should tell them, the formats that will make them interesting and how those stories reach the market.
Your first major priority will be building a world-class customer storytelling program.
You'll work directly with customers and closely with Sales and Customer Success to uncover the stories sitting inside the customer base -then turn them into content people genuinely want to engage with.
That could mean a customer film one week, an executive story the next, a LinkedIn series, thought‑leadership piece, event narrative or an entirely new format you believe the company should be experimenting with.
Beyond customer storytelling, you'll own and influence:
You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, which owns the core product narrative, and Creative, which owns the visual brand. Your job is to build the storytelling system that brings those ingredients to life in the market.
We're deliberately open-minded about titles.
You might currently work in Brand, Content, Customer Marketing, Corporate Marketing or even Product Marketing.
What matters is the work you've done.
We're looking for someone who:
The strongest backgrounds may combine excellent marketing foundations from an established technology company with experience building in a smaller, high‑growth environment.
This is an opportunity to have genuine ownership over how one of the most exciting businesses in its category shows up to the world.
