3Search is seeking a senior marketer to build a customer storytelling and co-marketing engine from the ground up. You will surface compelling customer stories by partnering with Sales and CS, then translate them into written, video, social, and event content.
Experience turning narratives into repeatable programs across channels is essential. You will also help shape broader content and brand strategy while maintaining hands-on execution across projects.
Great technology companies have great customer stories. Very few build the machine required to consistently find and tell them.
We're helping a rapidly growing B2B technology company hire someone to do exactly that.
The business already works with an impressive group of customers using its technology in genuinely interesting ways. Your job will be to get close enough to those customers to uncover the stories underneath the obvious ones — and build a repeatable program for bringing them to market.
This goes well beyond writing case studies.

We're looking for a senior marketer with approximately 8+ years of relevant experience who combines customer obsession with genuine storytelling craft.

Titles aren't particularly important.
We care about whether you've personally built the kind of program we're describing.
You should be able to talk confidently about how you sourced customers, secured their participation, interviewed them, found the story, created the content and distributed it - and what you learned along the way.
You'll also need to be comfortable switching between strategy and execution. This isn't a role where you'll build a team and immediately step away from the work.
You'll be joining at a stage where there's significant momentum but still plenty left to build, with direct access to senior leadership and the freedom to shape what an excellent content function should look like.
If you've ever looked at a company's customer base and thought, there are incredible stories here that nobody is telling properly, this is the opportunity to build the function that changes that.
