Job summary

NinjaOne is hiring a Technical Trainer to deliver live, instructor-led training to onboard customers and partners on the NinjaOne platform. Sessions will be remote/virtual and in-person onsite, with hands-on labs and certification guidance.

You will repurpose modules, deliver engaging live sessions, and partner with content owners to keep materials aligned with product updates. Travel ~40% across US time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering instructor-led technical training to Enterprise learners.
• Ability to run live, hands-on labs and virtual classrooms effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear delivery.
• Experience with LMS and content delivery tools.
• Familiarity with NinjaOne or similar RMM/endpoint tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, instructor-led training to onboard customers and partners.
• Convert web modules into ILT, short-form video, and in-product overlays.
• Lead in-person and remote sessions across US time zones.
• Manage virtual classroom: pacing, screen shares, polls, Q&A, breakouts.
• Explain technical concepts to mixed audiences and guide hands-on practice.
• Support learners toward NinjaOne certification and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with product/content teams to refresh materials.
• Maintain current NinjaOne product knowledge and report session metrics.
